Both divorce applicants are required to submit their applications in person. Please make an appointment with the consulate’s official in advance. The following documents are required:

• Original Thai Marriage Certificate
• (Thai National): Thai Identification Card, Thai Passport, and House Registration (if applicable)
• (Non Thai): a valid passport
