Royal Thai Consulate-General in Vancouver would like to congratulate Mrs. Zhang Liyan, the recipient of the Princess Srinagarindra Award 2025. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the selection meeting held on 24 September 2025. Mrs. Zhang Liyan is from the People’s Republic of China and was recognized for her outstanding contributions in the fields of nursing and midwifery, which have garnered both national and international acclaim.
